“ There aren't enough stars available to give the accolades to this bar and staff that they truly deserve. We usually stay at the hotel across the street from here, and after being berated by hotel staff and having a horrible stay, a friend recommended that we go and have a drink at the Chandelier Bar in the Four Seasons. To be honest, I am usually intimidated by luxury hotels like this, but even though we were casually dressed we were welcomed like royalty from the time we went to the front door which was graciously opened for us, to the mixologists who gave us white glove service like a true hospitality professional does. Let's be honest, we were there for photos as well as a drink. Their Chandelier Martini was named the best in the US - a title that we found was well deserved. The mixologists were so kind, when we asked to change seats (so we could get better photos) they were happy to oblige. Craig and Clayton were very respectful of our space -they let us start the conversation, and when we asked them about the different cocktails, who designed them, and the "spirit forward profiles" - love that! - they were so knowledgeable and kind about sharing their experiences - it completely changed our moods, and made our trip. We are already planning our next trip so we can try more of the menu, and needless to say, we won't be staying across the street again! It doesn't cost a thing to be kind and to be in a good mood, but being in a bad mood can be very costly for you, and for the business that you represent. This was a great reminder of why places like the Four Seasons are such a great value in the long run - I will save up to be treated with respect instead of being berated, and I am looking forward to spending many more evenings in the Chandelier Bar with this incredible staff. ”

“ Love this little spot! It’s located in The Four Seasons New Orleans, also one of my favorite spots to staycation! Service has always been great when I’ve visited. The drinks are always yummy and it’s literally a cute bar— Can’t help but to enjoy the atmosphere drinks! I ordered the chandelier martini, very strong but good. The martini glass is actually made from the same glass as the chandelier so that’s a cool fun fact. Highly recommend! ”
“ Pork belly and pickled crab claws were almost as good as the grilled pimento cheese sandwich. Beautifully done. Casey served us at the bar and made perfect drinks. He also recommended several follow up bars to try. Caribbean Sling was an amazing drink, like grilled pineapples. Plenty of ultra high end offerings, like a Macallen 50...???!!!. ”

“ Returned on Friday, Sept 27, 2024. Had a great experience with friendly server (Riccardo), good food, and a wonderful time with friends. The chicken sandwich and fries are delicious. Valet was 27 first hour and 7 each additional hour. 9/2022. This place is a whole vibe for the grown and sexy. My faves were the crab roll and French fries. I’d pass on the fried oysters, shrimp cocktail, and rum punch. Valet was 9 to visit the bar when we visited 9/17. Definitely returning. ”
